I’ve been trialling the Slimpod from Thinking Slimmer for a week and a half now. I guess that makes it time for an update!
I started to notice changes straight away. In fact, I wasn’t sure I even believed it. Two days in and I was sitting at the table with the boys, eating dinner and suddenly thought you know what, I know I served a small plate so I’d have the chance to go back for more, but I don’t actually want any. I didn’t pick at Li’l Mister’s leftovers and when TB didn’t touch his food (he’d been pigging out on junk with his dad all day!) I boxed it up for another day.
It’s little things like saying, at 7 o’clock, I’m not hungry because I ate lunch late, but I’m not going to force myself to eat because it’s time. Of course such plans backfire when you get to nearly 10 o’clock and you’re hungry, but because it’s so late you end up eating a whole bag of cashews because they won’t sit heavy on your stomach all night.
I will confess I haven’t lost any weight yet, but then the Slimpod has yet to break me of my peanut butter habit. What I am feeling is better about my weight, more confident in myself and happy knowing that in the end, I will be slimmer.

That sounds really interesting. I’m terrible at eating when I’m not hungry, just because… will look into it. Thanks. :0)
